How to Cancel an
Order?
I
have bought a CD Key. How do I get
my game?
If
you see a message
at checkout informing you that "there is no shipping method for your
location" you are attempting to buy from the wrong store. All UK
customers
should be browsing and buying from our UK store:

Delivery on all items! Games and small accessories are sent using Royal
Mail
1st Class Delivery whereas consoles and larger acessories are sent
using either
Royal Mail Special Delivery or a Courier. Orders that are in stock are
usually
dispatched within 24 hours and should arrive within 1-3 days. PreOrders
are
processed and dispatched a few days before the release date to arrive
on or
before the release date. International Delivery is calculated by our
system and
displayed at checkout. Typically European delivery starts from just
£1.95 and
WorldWide delivery starts from just £2.95. All international games and
accessories orders are sent via International Airmail. There is an
option to
upgrade to a Signed For or Airsure Delivery for some countries. If no
postage
rate is offered please contact us as your order is too heavy and
requires a
custom quote from us. Delivery to Europe takes around 3-5 days whereas
WorldWide delivery takes around 5-8.
Any
information
processed by dBGamez regarding you is done so with your consent. Card
and
payment information is handled by PayPal and is not handled by dBGamez
directly.
Any postal address, email address, or other contact information taken
from you
is done so purely to deliver items ordered, information via email or
contact
you regarding your order/account.
Returns
are always
accepted as long as they are either in a resalable condition - usually
the case
when an item is ordered in error (up to 7 days after delivery) or if
the item
is found to be faulty - we will always accept a faulty product return
(within
28 days of purchase) and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
All items
will be tested. Any item not found to be faulty can either be returned
to the
customer or may still be refunded minus an administration charge.
Your
purchase of a
product from us is an offer from you to us for those goods. Once
payment is
taken, you have officially agreed to purchase the item and we have
agreed to
supply. You, the consumer, have the right to cancel up to 7 days after
the date
of receiving the item (in accordance with the distance selling
regulations
2000). Return postage will be paid by the consumer and a recorded
delivery
service should always be used to protect your item. Items not sent via
a
recorded delivery service are sent totally at a customers own risk.
In
the unlikely event
that a CD Key you have purchased from us does not activate your game,
simply
contact us and we will check the key for you. In
all cases, a CD Key
that does not allow you to activate your game will be an error in
transmission,
for example a typing error in the cd key code. Please include your
order number
and contact details along with the CD Key you received allowing us to
check it
and re-send it.
To
place an order simply
browse the website, select an item, choose the 'add to cart' feature
and then
you can either 'view cart' or 'checkout'. We also offer CD Keys; any
and all of
our CD Keys are fully functional, unique and legitimate. In some cases
CD keys
are provided in the form of scanned images of the game manuals with the
cd key
printed. All CD Keys work with all game functionality including online
multiplayer. If you have any problems with your CD Key please contact
us.

a genuine pricing error takes place we maintain the right to cancel an

to cancel/end a promotion at any time.
Viewing
Orders
To
view an order
previously placed, login to your account and 'view order history'. All
orders placed
are viewable.
To
view and
update account information, login to your account and 'update
information'. All
information should be updated regularly to ensure that orders are
processed
successfully.
To
cancel an order you
need to contact us directly. This prevents errors and ensures we know
you have
cancelled your order. Please use either the Live Support link to chat
to us
directly, the contact us page (stating your , email, item title and
order
number) or alternatively call us: 0845 6435 773. Orders are only
classed as
cancelled when you receive a cancellation confirmation email.
I
have bought a CD
Key. How do I activate and download my game?
EA
Game CD Keys:
You must enter your CD Key here: https://activate.ea.com/applyentitlement.do
After
entering your CD Key and logging in (or creating a free EA account) you
can
simply click 'activate' and the EA Download Manager will activate your
CD Key.
This will link the CD Key to your EA account. Once the CD Key is linked
to your
EA account you can download your games using the EA Download Manager
Software.
To
install the EA
Download Manager, click on one of the links below:

Once
installed, launch
the EA Download Manager to view and download your
games.
Windows
Live CD Keys:
To activate your CD Key and download your
game you will first need to download the "Games For Windows Live"
software by clicking here: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=128962
After
downloading, run
the setup file and install. Once installed run the software. Once on
the
welcome screen, log in using your windows live account
(hotmail/live/msn). If
you do not already have one you can click 'create new account' at the
bottom
and create a free windows live id.
Onced
you are logged
in with your windows live id click 'Marketplace' at the top and then
'Redeem
Code' on the left hand side. Here you can Enter your CD Key and click
'Redeem
Code'. Now go to the 'My Media' tab at the top and you will see the
game in
your list of 'My Games' which will be available to download.
Steam
CD Keys:
To activate your key, download the Steam
client here: http://storefront.steampowered.com/download/SteamInstall.msi
Once
downloaded log in
or create a free steam account and then log in. Once logged into your
steam
account, in the steam client, click the "Games" tab and then
"Activate A Product On Steam". Here you can enter your CD Key. Once
this has been completed you will be able to securely download and play
your
game using the steam client.

Other Key Types:
Instructions will always be in your CD Key
